Pricing & Usage Rights

Pricing:

All pricing is quoted on a per job bases with half day (up to 4 hours) and full day (up to 8 hours) rates of shooting. There are many factors that go into pricing including but not limited to, travel time & expenses, services requested (photography, videography, drone, etc.), image usage rights and editing requirements. If you are needing pricing, please use our contact page with specifics about the job, location, time frame, what services you are needing and any other specifics that may be relevant. We are typically shooting during the day, so reaching us by phone may be difficult. If you leave a message, we typically return calls within 24 hours.

Usage Rights:

All photos/videos produced by Red Tail Photography for their clients may be used by their clients for any marketing/promotions associated with that client, including but not limited to, flyers, website, publication and trade shows. All media is owned and copyrighted by Red Tail Photography and the usage license granted is only to our client and no other persons or companies. Any usage of the media by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, sub contractors, designers, is prohibited by copyright laws and the DMCA Act or 1998 unless pre approved in writing by Red Tail Photography.

Any/all images produced by Red Tail Photography used in magazine/publications articles must have credits stating "Photo by RedTailPhotography.com" or “Photography by RedTailPhotography.com”.
