Pricing & Usage Rights

Pricing:

All pricing is quoted on a per job bases with half day (up to 4 hours) and full day (up to 8 hours) of shooting. There are many factors that go into pricing including but not limited to, travel time/expenses, services requested (photography, videography, drone, etc.), image usage rights and editing requirements. If you are needing pricing, please use our contact page with specifics about the job, location, time frame, what services you are needing and any other specifics that may be relevant. We are typically shooting during the day, so reaching us by phone may be difficult. If you leave a message, we typically return calls within 24 hours.

Photo Rights And Usage:

All photos produced for our client may be used by the client for any marketing associated with that client including but not limited flyers, website and publication. Any/all images used in magazines/publications must have credits to "RedTailPhotography.com" under or on the images. All images are owned and copyrighted by Red Tail Photography and the usage license granted is only to our client and no other persons or companies. Any usage of the images by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, sub contractors, designers, is prohibited by copyright laws and the DMCA Act or 1998 unless approved in writing by Red Tail Photography.
